DATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION

Worthy Conference Delegates:
The meeting of the Suffolk County Conference origionally scheduled for Thursday November 20th, 2008, at the Shrine of Saint Anne Council # 4757 has been changed to Tuesday November 25ht, 2008. The location will remain the same, 96 Second Avenue, Brentwood, NY 11717.

The reason for the change is to comply with the current by-Laws.

The meeting will begin at 8:00 PM, doors will open at 7 PM, cake and coffee will be served.

The Agenda will be as previously posted.

1. Election of the Warden to the Long Island conference.

2. Election of a Delegate to Supreme Convention.

3. Appointment of the nominating committee.

4. Discussion of where the Conference is going.

5. Any other business as needed.
