November 23rd Meeting

Worthy Delegates, Alternate Delegates, Past Conference Chairmen and State Appointees:

A meeting of The Suffolk County Conference will take place at Patchogue Council #725, Patchogue,N.Y. on November 23rd, 2010. A repast wil be served at 7:00 PM and the meeting begins at 8:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct conference business which includes, but is not limited to, the election of Secretary/Treasurer of the Long Island Conference as well as Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the Supreme Convention. Appointments to the nominating, Audit and By-Laws Committees will also take place at the meeting.

The date and location of the Long Island Conference meeting has yet to be determined by the Long Island Conference Chairman. As soon as we have this information, it will be sent out to the delegates.
